Tom Justice

Thomas H. Justice III litigates professional liability, commercial, and construction cases in all state and Federal Courts in Florida. In his 41 years of practice Mr. Justice has represented a variety of engineering and architectural firms, corporate clients, technology firms, government contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners. Mr. Justice received his bachelor’s degree in English with an additional concentration in government and political science from the University of Virginia in 1977. He received his J.D. degree from Washington & Lee University in 1980 where he was a member of the Law Review with two published articles. Mr. Justice passed the Virginia State Bar exam while still in law school, and his initial job after law school was as the law clerk for the chief judge of the Circuit Court of the City of Alexandria, Virginia. Thereafter he spent two years with a Washington, D.C. law firm handling construction and government contract litigation before moving to Florida in 1983. Mr. Justice was a partner at two national law firms before starting his own practice in 2003. He continues to be active in civic, educational, and governmental activities in the Orlando area.
